• The above prices include studio rental fee and engineer's fee.

• Set-up and tear-down time is also included in the reserved time.

• Mixing, mastering, etc. are available from 2 hours, and recording including drums is available from 4 hours.

• Cancellation fees will be waived up to 1 month in advance, 50% from 1 month to 2 weeks in advance, 75% from 2 weeks to 1 week in advance, and 100% from 1 week in advance.
